Cristoforo Colombo nasce nel vicino a Genova, nel nord Italia. A anni diventa e viaggia in numerosi Paesi.
Per Cristoforo Colombo la Terra è e verso la fine del ‘400, vuole viaggiare verso l’India e vuole farlo con un viaggio verso . La spedizione è e Colombo prima chiede aiuto al re del e poi alla regina Isabella di Castiglia. Nel 1492, dopo mesi di , scopre però un nuovo : l’America, che viene chiamata il Nuovo .
Cristoforo Colombo fa altri in America ma ormai non è più così amato e così muore nel povero e dimenticato da tutti.

Canzone per un’amica è un pezzo scritto da Francesco Guccini e cantato dai Nomadi nel 1968. Racconta la tragedia di chi perde qualcuno in un incidente della strada, con parole semplici ma profonde: ci chiediamo a che cosa serva fare tutto quello che facciamo se poi si perde la vita così facilmente.
